About Hotel Riml

Hotel Riml has a wide range of leisure facilities and is very spacious, making it a brilliant hotel for families, but also an ideal place for those wanting a ski-in ski- out hotel. A new lift takes skiers from the ski room to the piste. Located on the mountainside, the hotel offers superb views of the valley, mountains and Obergurgl.

Ski holidays in Hochgurgl are perfect for beginners and intermediates. The ski terrain here is not extensive, but there is plenty of variety, excellent for mixed ability groups. The ski resorts of Hochgurgl and Obergurgl are served by some fast lifts, chairs and gondolas, and there is a regular bus service that runs between the resorts. Because of the high altitude, (one of the highest ski areas in Austria), snow conditions are normally guaranteed between November and May, which is quite an impressive season in Europe.

Ski Accommodation

Hotel Riml has 100 rooms sleeping up to 198 guests. All rooms have a telephone, cable TV, radio, safe and hairdryer. Sud Austrian twins sleep up to 3 and have a shower, lounge area and south-facing balcony. Larger Talblick Austrian twins also sleep up to 3 and have a bath, lounge area and are north-facing. Schermerkar family rooms sleep up to 4 and have a bath, separate shower, lounge area with traditional tiled stove and east-facing balcony. Singles with bath and south-facing balcony have no supplement.

Meals

A hot or cold buffet breakfast is offered with tea/coffee and fruit juice on a daily basis. Dinner is a 4-course evening meal with 3 choices of main dishes and a variety of salads and a dessert buffet. Guests can enjoy a weekly Austrian, International and dessert buffet.
