About Mount Royal Hotel
The Mount Royal Hotel is located in a historic old building in the heart of downtown Banff, giving it one of the most impressive locations anywhere in the resort.
The hotel also benefits from having a ski bus stop outside, which provides direct access to the main ski areas.
Despite the old nature of the building, with its antique windows and winding hallways, all of the rooms are furnished to a high standard, with modern touches throughout.
When it comes to food, dinner in the excellent Tony Roma’s restaurant is a must should you decide you want to eat on site rather than exploring some of the nearby restaurants.
Ski Accommodation
The hotel offers a range of double rooms that can sleep up to four people when fitted with two queen beds as opposed to a single king. All rooms are non-smoking and have a satellite TV, free WiFi, telephone, hairdryer, safe, mini-fridge, kettle and coffee machine.
Meals
Although the hotel operates on a Room Only basis, you can upgrade to Bed & Breakfast with hot or cold breakfast and a choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or juice . Children under 5 eat free.
