About Club Med Valmorel Hotel
The 4 star Club Med Valmorel Hotel is a ski in-ski out property located at an altitude of 1460 metres. It is an ideal resort for families as the beginner slopes are right next to the property. For those that have more experience, the off piste is quiet and remains untouched all day! Finish your day off from the top of the Col Du Mottet and ski all the way back down to the tree lined runs surrounding the hotel.
The hotel is set right in the heart of the French Alps and has breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. It is a fantastic resort offering an All Inclusive package for guests of all ages. The package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Ski passes for 6 days out of 7 are included as well as ski lessons for those age 4 and above for 5 days a week, tutored by ESF Professionals.
For the smaller skiers there is a Baby Club Med (4-23 months), Petit Club Med (2-3 years), Mini Club med (4-10 years) and Club Med Passworld (11-17 years). There is also a babysitting club, pyjamas club and a baby restaurant available. In case this isn't enough, other amenities and activities available include swimming lessons, cooking lessons, teen spa, mountain boarding and a baby gym. The Wellness Centre has a swimming pool and a spa with sauna, massages, beauty treatments and there is a fitness room.
The resort of Valmorel is part of the Le Grand Domaine Ski Area with access to 167 pistes as well as the skiing int Valmorel itself. You will have access to both areas with your included ski pass. The resort offers a family experience with facilities for everyone to have a memorable all inclusive holiday.
Ski Accommodation
The accommodation here is second to none. Relax in the club rooms, deluxe rooms and the 5T suites. All the rooms have a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, flat screen TV, safe, double or King size beds and a balcony. The deluxe rooms also have bathrobes, slippers, laundry service, luggage service, welcome gift and towels. The 5T suites also have in-room breakfast, private ski room, bottle of water, free champagne in the private lounge (18.00-23.00), free lunch on arrival, room service, concierge service and turn down.
Meals
The Cerfs and The Celeste restaurants are the place to enjoy the best of apres-ski. It serves a wide range of international dishes to suit all tastebuds. La Laiterie Gourmet Lounge is a gourmet restaurant which also offers a bar, wine cellar and a delicatessen. This restaurant is open throughout the day and in the evenings it is by reservation only. You can enjoy mountain style tapas and local produce.
Le Roc Bar is in the heart of the resort and is a great place to enjoy an evening drink. The outdoor terrace offers stunning views and the candle lit chandeliers give a warm glow over the bar. The bar de la Tour is next door to the main bar and is open for cocktails and champagne.
