About Chalet Lores

This large 3 star chalet that sleeps up to 33 guests is just a short walk to the vibrant town and resort centre of Val D'Isere.

There is a lot to enjoy in the resort for all age groups including apres ski bars and family friendly establishments.

If you enjoy shopping, there are some great ways to wake your wallet up, from beautiful gifts to take back home to skiing equipment and clothing, so you can really look the part up on the slopes.

Skiing and snowboarding, plus many more winter activities can be enjoyed just 400 metres away at the ski area, which also includes the the nursery slope and the fun beginners lessons run by the local ski school.

Guests can also get to all areas through by taking a trip on the resort's ski shuttle bus, which stops just 75 metres from the front door of the chalet.

The chalet has a rustic feel with old oak wood used for the furniture and the wall panelling, but has a quirky modern edge to it.

It has a sitting area that has steps down to and a stube style dining area.

It continues the style through to the bedrooms which all have an en-suite and there is also a 2 bedroom apartment, which is ideal for families.

Guests can make use of the parking facility and the free Wi-Fi and there is also a bar, should you just wish to stay at the chalet and not try out the lively nights in the resort centre.

About Val d'Isère, France More information

More Britons choose Val d'Isère for ski holidays than anywhere else in the world so that's a good recommendation in itself. The resort has a long season, thanks to the added attraction of the Pissailas glacier at high altitude, so make the most of the opportunity between the end of November and the first week of May.
