About Chalet La Foret

Chalet La Foret is located in the village of La Plagne 1800 and situated in the heart of where everything happens in this very popular resort. Skiing and snowboarding of all abilities can be reached by taking a short walk, as the ski area, where you will find the ski lifts and ski school, and the slopes are just 500 metres from the front door of the chalet.

There is a resort bus that runs through all of the 11 villages and to the resort centre, which is just 500 metres away and runs a regular service throughout the day, for guests to see and visit everything that this world famous resort has to offer. There are many non-skiing activities to be enjoyed close by and many snow walking trails to enjoy the magnificent setting that the chalet so perfectly located in.

This open plan style gives guests lots of space, as well as comfort. It is a modern but also traditional french alpine style chalet, with glorious wood paneling and exposed brickwork that makes it very pleasing on the eye. From the lounge and dining area, there are doors that open out onto a fabulous wrap around balcony offering panoramic views of the resort of La Plagne and the stunning mountainous backdrop.

The guest rooms all have private bathroom facilities with a bath or shower and a WC, and all have stunning views from the windows. Some have the added bonus of doors that open out onto the terrace.

Meals

Start your day with a choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast including rresh bread, a choice of preserves, porridge, cereals, yogurts, eggs, fruit juice and unlimited tea or coffee, plus a simple cooked breakfast of eggs and one other hot item. After a day on the slopes, what is nicer than a slice of freshly made cake or biscuits and a hot drink awaiting your return.
