About Chalet La Breche

Located just to the side of the piste close to the Telecentre lift, Chalet La Breche has one of the best positions in Alpe d’Huez. It is built in the style of a traditional Scandinavian chalet, but with a modern touch. On the ground floor are 2 infra-red saunas and a hot tub outside on the terrace.

Alpe d’Huez has a reputation as a wonderful place to start your skiing career, as it has numerous gentle slopes on which to start. The many chair-lifts, cable-cars and gondolas throughout the area, make Alpe d’Huez a good boarder- friendly resort and there are 2 snow-parks in the area to add to the fun.

Ski Accommodation

All 8 rooms at Chalet La Breche have twin beds, bath, WC and a balcony. The chalet also has a lounge with fireplace and TV, dining room, kitchen, ski room, sauna, shower, table tennis and a hot tub on the terrace.

Meals

For breakfast guests have the choice of a cooked option (eggs, bacon, sausage and beans) or a continental option (cereals, porridge, croissants, cheese, cold meats and preserves) as well as tea/coffee and fruit juice. After a day on the slopes, what better welcome home than a cup of tea/coffee, accompanied with a slice of freshly baked homemade cake. Dinner is a 4-course meal including canapes, aperitifs, starter, main and dessert, followed by coffee and chocolates. A selection of quality complimentary wine is served during dinner.
