About Chalet Hotel du Montet

Chalet Hotel du Montet is in Le Fornet, one of the prettiest parts of Val d’lsere. It is only a 4 minute walk to the main cable car giving direct access to the Espace Killy ski area. The free ski bus is handy if you wish to start on the Bellevarde or La Daille areas. Val d’lsere, together with its sister resort of Tignes, are possibly the best skiing areas in the world, especially for skiers and snowboarders wanting challenging off-piste terrain.

Chalet Hotel du Montet sleeps up to 26 guests in well-equipped bedrooms with TV/DVD players, iPod docking stations and WiFi. There is a relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam room and a whirlpool. Keep your equipment safe in the ski and boot room with ski rack and warmers.

Ski Accommodation

Chalet Hotel du Montet has a ski/boot room with warmers and racks, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, dining area, lounge, TV, DVD player, wood burning stove, double & twin beds, mezzanine level, shower and a balcony in most rooms.

Meals

A good hearty breakfast is the best way to start your day, and guests are offered a choice of hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage and beans), or a continental option (cereals, porridge, croissants, cheese, cold meats and preserves). Tea/coffee and fruit juice is also available. After a day on the slopes, what better welcome home than a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of freshly baked homemade cake. Dinner is a 5-course meal which includes canapes, aperitifs, starter, main course and dessert, followed by coffee, chocolates and a cheese board.

About Val d'Isère, France More information

More Britons choose Val d'Isère for ski holidays than anywhere else in the world so that's a good recommendation in itself. The resort has a long season, thanks to the added attraction of the Pissailas glacier at high altitude, so make the most of the opportunity between the end of November and the first week of May.
