Chalet Black Bear is set in the charming area of Spruce Grove in Whistler, just 50 metres away from our Chalet White Wolf. Whistler Village is a pleasant 30 minute walk or the local bus (small fee) stops 50 metres from the chalet (every 15-20 minutes) and will take you the short 5 minute journey to the lifts. Alternatively, the excellent Whistler taxi service will come right to the door of the chalet and is an inexpensive and easy way of getting to town and the slopes.

This is a beautiful chalet with excellent facilities and a high standard of accommodation. Chalet Black Bear is modern and spacious with vaulted ceilings, log accents, luxury furnishings and a separate apartment (room 5) for those seeking extra privacy. From the south-facing balcony you will enjoy stunning views of Blackcomb Mountain. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and four have a fireplace. The first floor boasts a large beautiful open plan lounge/dining area with TV, DVD and CD stereo. The all important outdoor hot tub is a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. This top class chalet is very popular and early booking is recommended.

Ski hosting is no longer permitted in Whistler, however resorts guests can use the local Mountain Guide services instead.

For added flexibility Rooms 1 and 2 can be made up as a twin or a king-sized bed, please specify at the time of booking.
