Ski Westendorf and you'll discover a small, pretty Tyrolean village with slopes high on an open plateau in the wide Brixen valley. Its slopes run right into the village centre. There's a smart new gondola linking Westendorf with Brixen. This also gives you access to the nearby Ski Welt, a huge 250km of fantastic slopes. The compact size and convenience of the resort makes it popular with families, and there is plenty of après-ski fun in the afternoon/early evening.
