Here we show you region by region some of the highlights:

Canada:‘BC’- The British Columbia Province of Canada is the clear leader and also the traditional home of heli skiing, having opened up over 90 operations since the 1960’s. Cat skiing also shares Canada as it’s inventor and is highly popular here.

Europe:Europe is absolutely the most charming heliski destination, where in a week’s heli-skiing you can find yourself crossing country borders of France, Switzerland and Italy on skis. This makes for a very unique travel experience.

Alaska and USA:For many, Alaska (or AK, as the locals call it) is the penultimate heliski location. It’s the destination featured in hundreds of ski films, and home to the World Extreme Skiing Competition since it’s inception. But why?

Rest of the World:By virtue of the fact that there are so many countries now where you can heliski or do amazing back country, here we feature the most established and popular. Do call us for the latest though as new destinations are emerging all the time.

At Total Heliski, we realise that we have some customers who desire a luxurious and relaxing remote heliski holiday, whilst others are in it for the sheer exhilarating adventure. We make sure we can offer the best of both of these options, and everything in between. On the luxury side, we have many operators who go the extra mile to make their accommodation and service luxurious and welcoming, often to our amazement, given how remotely situated they can be. • Jan 1~4: Heliski with us over New Years! Early season interior BC Canadian powder (Hayley’s favourite!) Heliski 4 days. Optional extra resort add-ons. Price C$3,700.
• Jan 9~14 and Feb 6~11: Join our first or second Buddy Up European Heliski 3 Countries Adventure. A back country heliski guided adventure of 5 days through fantastic terrain, enjoying authentic mountain life and unique cuisines along the way. Includes 2 days heli skiing, 3 days off piste. • April 14~17The Arctic Circle Sweden! The Swedes have the largest heli domain in Europe, over 200 peaks lets go ski it that weekend. SEK 17,300 includes 10,000m vertical over 3 days.
• Early May (Dates TBC)Greenland- the new frontier. Join us on a 1 week adventure heli skiing the sea to summit. We gotta go check it out. Price 8,600 euros.
• August (Dates TBC)Hola Chile. Join us for 1 week of epic latino powder staying in a brand new luxury lodge. Reverse winter. Expand our minds. Price $11,200.
